R.E.O. Mold Remediator / Removal
As licensed mold assessor & remediators, we were called to an R.E.O. apartment owned by Federal Home Loan Mortgage in Pompano Beach for mold remediation due to water intrusion. Below are some photos of the home before and then after the remediation was complete. You can see the floor and lower half of the drywall was removed in order to eliminate the mold caused by an upstairs water line being punctured. The R.E.O. property was vacant allowing for the mold to spread over time, making the situation worse.
